Today, July 12th, 2018, ALEBA, OGBL-Secteur Financier and LCGB-SESF, as well as ABBL have signed the new Collective Labour Agreement for Bank Employees, for the years 2018 to 2020 (available only in French at the moment).

After 18 months of long and difficult negotiations, ALEBA has managed to conclude with ABBL a modern and simplified Collective Labour Agreement, but above all of quality and in line with both our legitimate Trade Union demands and the stakes, current and future, in terms of employability in the financial market, for all employees in the Banking sector.

From now on, ALEBA, as the main negotiator against ABBL, is preparing in the coming weeks to plan info sessions for its Bank Employees’ Members during the course of September.
