Renewal of the SIX Payment Services Collective Labour Agreement
The Collective Labour Agreement (CLA) for employees of SIX Payment Services (Europe) – formerly Cetrel – has just been renewed. The new CLA is available here.
Following the negotiations conducted by the three trade unions ALEBA, OGBL (majority union – 100% representation) and LCGB, the CLA was signed yesterday, Wednesday 23 May 2018, in Munsbach by the unions and the company’s management.
The unions and employee representatives thus secured linear salary increases for the next three years:
- 8% in June 2018
- 8% in January 2019
- 8% in January 2020
Other points covered by the agreement include:
- The addition of a further half-day of holiday on Christmas Eve, making 24 December a full company holiday.
- Adjustment of the organisation of working hours to the new legal provisions in force. As regards flexitime, excess hours at the end of the reference period will thus be processed as overtime.
- Extension of the early retirement-solidarity for the duration of the CLA.
Special leave and leave for family reasons have been adjusted in line with the new legal provisions, maintaining additional special leave specifically provided for by the CLA. In addition, all other benefits to which employees of SIX Payment Services (Europe) are entitled have been included in and are guaranteed by the new CLA.
The CLA has been concluded for a period of three years, i.e. from 1 January 2018 to 31 December 2020. SIX Payment Services (Europe) specialises in card payment solutions.
